1. Services
Seba Travel provides guided tours, travel experiences, and related services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Booking & Payment
- Reservations are confirmed after payment or deposit .
- Prices may vary depending on availability and seasonal conditions.
- Seba Travel reserves the right to modify prices before confirmation.
3. Customer Responsibilities
By booking a tour, you agree that:
- You provide accurate personal information
- You comply with local laws and regulations
- You follow the instructions of the tour guide
4. Changes & Cancellations
- Seba Travel reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to weather, safety, or operational reasons
- Customers will be informed in advance whenever possible
5. Liability
Seba Travel is not responsible for:
- Personal injuries, loss, or damage during tours
- Delays caused by third parties (transport, weather, etc.)
Participation in tours is at the customer’s own risk.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content (texts, images, logos) belongs to Seba Travel and may not be used without permission.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
At Seba Travel, we aim to provide flexible and fair policies for our customers.
1. Cancellation by Customer
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the tour: Full refund
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours: No refund
2. Cancellation by Company
If Seba Travel cancels a tour due to:
- Weather conditions
- Operational issues
- Force majeure
Customers will receive:
- Full refund OR
- Option to reschedule
3. No-Show Policy
Customers who do not attend the tour without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Payments are refunded via the original payment method
5. Changes to Booking
- Date changes are subject to availability
- Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance
6. Flight Tickets
For tours that include flights:
- Flight tickets are non-refundable once issued
- Airline ticket policies are subject to the airline’s rules and conditions
- Seba Travel is not responsible for airline cancellations, delays, or changes
- In case of tour cancellation, the flight cost will not be refunded
